Asphalt Patchers
UNIBELT
The Unibelt Asphalt Patcher
provides all the equipment and material for a two man crew to repair potholes,
road shoulders and utility cuts all day. Unibelt is fully equipped so you can tackle patching jobs with just one machine. The patcher
features an insulated and heated asphalt box that keeps asphalt hot and usable all day. Asphalt is moved out of the hot box by a
continuous belt conveyor designed to withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees. This asphalt belt delivers more asphalt faster than auger
type patchers. Unibelt comes with a variety of emulsion or cutback systems to meet your local needs.
Standard options include: Spoils Bin, Hand Torch, Diesel Solvent Pump, Compactor Lift Platform,
Hydraulic Tool Circuit, Hydraulic Tools, Tool Box, Tool Basket, Hose Reels, Cab Controls, Air Blow Gun. LPG Tank and Sanding
Attachment. Additional options are: Fire Extinguisher, Arrow Board, Triangle Kit, Rollers, Compactor Plates, Asphalt Chute, Fan Oil
Cooler, Air Compressor, Thermometer, Cone Holders and much more.
Unibelt is available in a 3 yard Slip-In Model and 4, 5, and 6

Unitized Patcher
Tackle any patching job from start to finish with one machine PB Unitized
Patcher. It is fully equipped for complete asphalt patching and mounts on any
single axle truck chassis. This unit goes a long way towards simplifying asphalt
patching with a range of operator advantages that guarantee higher productivity, maximum versatility and lower patching costs. Whatever

Trailer Patcher
This patcher is ideal for smaller municipalities with infrequent patching needs.
The heated hot box comes in either 2 or 3 cubic yard capacity and can include
an emulsion system.
Emulsion Sprayers
Pump type emulsion sprayers are available in truck mounted and trailer
mounted models. Truck mounted models vary in emulsion capacity from 132 gallons to 177 gallons
of emulsion and both include a diesel solvent tank for flushing the emulsion hose and
cleaning asphalt tools. Both units are usually heated by the truck cooling system but can also be heated by LPG burner. The trailer
mounted units come in 200, 400 and 600 gallon capacities. The 600 gallon unit comes standard as an asphalt distributor. All trailer units
use LPG heaters and have waste tanks. Options on the trailer units include Recirculation, Auxiliary Electric Heat, Tank Insulation,
Discharge Strainer, Hose Reels, LPG Tanks, Tool Boxes, Thermostatic Controls, Loading Hose, Fire Extinguisher, Suck Back
System, Draw Off, Optional Engines and Work Platform.
Truck Mounted Loaders
With a PB Truck Mounted Loader one man and one
truck can do what would take two men with a truck and scoop loader. Just one man can load, haul
and dump leaves, gravel, dirt, snow, trash, cold patch or brush. PB Truck Mounted Loaders fit both
conventional and cab-over truck chassis and are available in 3/4 and 1 1/2 yard bucket capacities. Our full width 92 inch shovel makes it
possible to clean street gutters or clear an entire lane. Our unique design
allows the operator to enter or exit the cab while the shovel is in either the
up or down position. The Clam, Tilt and Clam/Tilt shovel options increase flexibility and available
applications.
